  Maestro Communications Methodology
    Maestro utilizes a six-step process when working with our valued clients:

Initial
Consultation

We meet with our client on a free one-hour consultation to discuss:
• Marketing needs
and long-term goals
• Potential audience(s)
• What tools should
be developed (print,
electronic, web)?
• What is the budget?
• What is the ultimate
deadline?

 

2.
Project
Estimate

Client is provided with a detailed and itemized cost estimate based on initial discussion.

 

3.
Production
Schedule

Once client agrees on estimate and gives the go-ahead, a schedule
of production is then provided to the client, with needed milestone dates, to achieve final deadline.

 

4.
Project
Production

Production then goes into full swing,
keeping channels of communication open
at all times as each milestone is achieved.

 

5.
Approval
& Sign-off

A face-to-face meeting is then conducted to obtain final client approval and sign-off. If necessary, project's final phase is then implemented (print vendor, web implementation, etc.).

 

6.
Project
Delivery

Completed project is delivered on established final deadline and client is invoiced for the project. Maestro maintains relationship with client to gauge effectiveness of the project in the marketplace.
